What's the actual sizes of your 20, 24, 26, 28 & 32 inch luggage?
A 20 inch luggage is commonly regarded as cabin-size and is generally accepted by most airlines as carry-on baggage. Our 20 inch model measures L37 x H56 x W22 cm, weighing 4.2kg, making it ideal for short trips and overhead compartments.
However, luggage size classifications and exact dimensions may vary slightly depending on the brand, manufacturer, and whether wheels or handles are included.

What materials are used in your luggage?
Our luggage is crafted from premium, durable materials designed to withstand the rigors of travel. We use a combination of polycarbonate and ABS for hard shells and high-grade nylon for soft shells.
How do the wheels on your luggage perform?
Our luggage is equipped with high-quality, multi-directional spinner wheels that ensure smooth maneuverability on various surfaces.
What are the warranty terms for your luggage?
We provide a lifetime warranty covering handles, wheels & locks of the luggage.
We'll do a 1 on 1 exchange on the damaged parts.
However, it does not cover normal wear and tear on both interior & exterior, or damage resulting from improper handling.
You'll have to send us a video of your damaged luggage for verification.
Upon confirmation, you can send the luggage to our warehouse for repairs, or you can opt for us to send the new parts to your place accordingly, and we'll share video tutorials on how to change.
How do I care for and maintain my luggage?
To keep your luggage in top condition, wipe it with a damp cloth using mild soap for external cleaning. Avoid overloading and store in a dry place when not in use.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.

How do we reset the luggage lock?
Set the dials to your current combination, press and hold the reset button (usually with a pen), set your new code, then release the button to lock it in.
How do we measure luggage size?
Measure the height, width, and depth of your luggage from the outermost edges, including wheels and handles. Add these three dimensions to get the total size.
