1. Coverage. The Built for Lifetime Warranty provides 1-on-1 replacement coverage for wheels, locks and handles. Affected parts are replaced with new parts on a direct 1-for-1 basis.
2. What is covered. Wheels, TSA-approved combination locks, and retractable handles, for the lifetime of your luggage.
3. What is not covered. Interior and exterior wear and tear; cosmetic damage including cuts, scratches and dents; airline mishandling damage; damage from overpacking or improper use; loss or theft.
4. Claim process. Contact FLYCO directly with your order number and photos. Claims are assessed within 5 to 7 business days. Resolution is by 1-on-1 part replacement at no cost.
5. Shipping. Free shipping takes 12 to 14 working days. An express upgrade of 8 to 10 working days is available at checkout.
6. Governing law. This warranty is governed by Singapore law and does not affect your statutory rights.
