1. What materials are your suitcases made from?

Our luggage is crafted from high-quality materials such as durable polycarbonate & aluminium to ensure both strength and lightweight travel convenience.

2. Are your bags covered by a warranty?

Yes! We provide 1 year limited product warranty that covers luggage handle, lock & wheels - gives you a piece of mind to ensure the luggage is still functional to use after years.
Product Warranty does not cover luggage exterior & interior's wear & tear.
Affected Parts will be replaced with new parts on a 1-1 basis.
There's an option to upgrade to a Lifetime Warranty within the product add ons.

3. Can I check my luggage for international flights?

Yes, our luggage is designed for international travels. Be sure to check your airline's baggage guidelines to ensure your bag meets their size and weight restrictions.

4. How do I care for my luggage?

To keep your luggage in top condition, we recommend wiping it down with a damp cloth & soap regularly, avoiding direct contact with harsh chemicals, and using a luggage protector cover to avoid scratches and scuffs.
For scratches, you can attempt with a sandpaper.

5. Can I buy replacement parts (like wheels or handles)?

Absolutely! We offer replacement parts for most of our luggage models. Please contact our customer service team for assistance in ordering the part you need.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive emails on your order shipping orders. Keep a lookout on your emails!

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Check our Shipping Information page to see if we ship to your location and for any applicable shipping fees.

10. What makes your luggage different from other brands?

Our luggage combines durability, style, lightweight, spacious compartments, and very silent & smooth wheels. With personalisation on your luggage, you wouldn't be afraid to lose your luggage anymore.

11. Is your luggage waterproof?

While our luggage is designed to be water-resistant, it is not fully waterproof. We recommend keeping your luggage in dry areas and using waterproof pouches for extra protection against heavy rain.

12. What sizes do your suitcases come in?

We offer a range of sizes, from carry-on bags to large check-in suitcases, namely the 20 inch, 24 inch & 26 inch for the different colour options.

13. How to measure luggage size?

Measure the height, width, and depth of your luggage from the outermost edges, including wheels and handles. Add these three dimensions to get the total size.
